| The Mattress Is The Foundation Of Our Sleep |

There are many factors that influence how well we sleep at night. Our personal health, our state of mind, and other outside factors can directly affect a good night's sleep. But just as important as our health is the bed itself, including our pillows, sheets, and coverings, not to mention the mattress, the foundation on which our ability to sleep is based. There is a lot of competition from bedroom suppliers and many different opinions on what form of mattress support is right for us, but the truth is that we are all different, we have different muscle structures, bone forms, and truthfully, we're all just built differently, and therefore we all have different requirements when it comes to the nature of our bedroom mattresses and the level of support we need for our frames. Whether one lays upon a basic queen-sized mattress filled with foam, or they prefer something more particular such as a Tempur Vi Spring Mattress, our bodies will be the determining factor on well we will be able to rest. The real challenge is to find the right match for our backsides, and while the bedroom retailers aren't likely to let us sleep in their showrooms every night until we find the right mattress, it might not hurt to do our mattress shopping in our pyjamas, as it makes a lot more sense to shop for something this important by doing the research properly than to just try to understand the science of sleep postures. Yes, our pillows, blankets, duvets, and sheets play an important role in the success of our rest periods, but we must remember that the mattress is the foundation of our bedtime activities, and so we must build on that foundation with the right bed and mattress sets for our individual needs in order to overcome our sleeplessness. |
