| Don't Underestimate The Need For A Proper Mattress |

There is the old saying that we must sleep in the beds that we make, but no one ever said that the bed wasn't allowed to be comfortable. So apologizing in advance to the original owner of the quotation, I will always choose comfort and style when it comes to my bedroom accessories. This will include of course a sturdy bed frame (with matching night tables and trunk for its foot), practical cotton sheets, a cozy duvet with varying covers to suit moods and seasons, and of course, not to forget, a stable, reliable mattress, preferably one of those memory foam mattresses that will guarantee a sound night's sleep, one that won't leave my back in a knot. It made sense a few years ago to go with the memory foam pillows, which eased the strain and stress on my neck when I slept, and so it was no surprise leap for me to upgrade my mattress to one of memory foam, (such as the Silentnight brands of mattresses), in order to offer the same comfort and relief to my back that was offered before to my head and my neck. People often make the mistake of budgeting their bedrooms only for style, and spend their improvement monies entirely on redecoration and redesign, neglecting the basic personal needs of a solid, comfortable bed. That beautiful four-poster might be easy on the eyes, but those same eyes might be looking up at those posts all night long if there isn't a proper mattress to go along with it! |
